Download the Camera Agent HL-mod here.

Installation:
* You need a standard halflife installation and the current patch. It could work with older versions, too, but I did not test that.
* Unzip the file in your halflife-directory. A subdirectory called "cam" and some .ini-files in the hl-root directory should be created.
* Run HalfLife, chose the mod "Camera Agent", start the game or load one of my saved games. I saved some games at interesting places for the agent, as you can see them in the screenshots.
* Once in the game, get the console down and type "thirdperson". The camera agent is now activated. To get back into firstperson mode, type "firstperson". Fighting scenes are normally not playable without a cheat, but the idea behind this software is _not_ to make ego-shooters more playable!!
* Hope you enjoy it. As said on the main page: if you have questions, ideas, your own cool project or just want to say "Hello, your agent stinks!", contact me! Remember: this is the first alpha-prototype of the camera agent, a lot of stuff may not work out as you expected, due to bugs in the agent, bugs in Halflife or due to complex cinematographic knowledge ;). One of the main problems and the main cause for unexpected behaviour is the fact, that a lot of data in HL is not consistent (the size of objects, their midpoint position, eye-position, etc...). This seems to work fine for HL, but the camera agent relies on correct mathematical data to calculate things like camera position, shot size, etc... . I had to do a lot of little hacks, correcting some of the data and this is where I created my saved games and the screenshots. Thus you should get the best impression by using some of them. I will correct some of the bugs when I am finished with writing my thesis.
You can create new shots for the agent, just look into the camera.ini file. I can provide a documentation for this later.
